How Tuition Works

Tuition is based on the number of hours your child receives each week. Instead of fluctuating invoices or surprise charges, you pay the same monthly rate all year.

This tuition model includes six built-in weeks off annually—covering holidays, tutor days off, family vacations, and student absences—so you never have to worry about make-up sessions or complicated rescheduling.

If your family exceeds the six included weeks, any additional missed sessions are not refundable.

Session Length

Your student may receive a full 1-hour session or two 30-minute blocks. Every child learns differently, and I will do my best to accommodate the structure that supports their success.

Payment Policies

Tuition is due on the first day of each month, and invoices are sent one week prior. Payments can be made via PayPal invoicing, bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, credit card, or ESA card.

Charter school payments are accepted through Sky Mountain, South Sutter, Ocean Grove, and Arizona ESA programs. Automatic monthly payments can be arranged upon request.

If tuition is not received by the first scheduled session of the month, tutoring will pause until payment is made. A $10 late fee will be added to the following month’s invoice.

If you plan to discontinue services, please provide two weeks’ notice before the next billing cycle. A final written progress report can be provided. With less than two weeks’ notice, an additional two weeks may be paid to receive wrap-up services and a written report.

Current Pricing

Tutoring: $287 per month for one 1-hour session per week (four sessions per month). Payments may be made monthly or weekly.

Social Skills or Executive Functioning Classes: $700 for a 14-week class.

Payment Options: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, credit card, ESA card.
Charter Schools Accepted: Sky Mountain, South Sutter, Ocean Grove, Arizona ESA.

Class sessions are arranged by phone or email so you can select the days and times that work best for your family. All scheduling follows Pacific Standard Time.
